utterly disappointing expectations. the bed bugs, truly unforgivable. couldn't believe I had to fight for a room change, and no apology was offered! woudl ve loved a complimentary gesture due to the inconveniences. it's like they think every guest is the same. breakfast options woudl ve been better if they weren't day-old breads! I just couldn't recommend this place.

The twin room was quite comfy, decent size for two, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was really cozy, which helped us catch some good sleep. The room was clean overall, and we loved having a hairdryer. On the downside, it could’ve used better soundproofing since it got a bit noisy with other guests around. We also missed having a wardrobe to hang up our stuff. But with the great location and helpful staff, it was still a solid stay.
